Hi! I'm Cameron Moy! I am a first year Ph.D. student at the University of Pennsylvania Annenberg School for Communication. My work addresses disparate impacts of digital platforms and technology on communities of color across disciplines through mixed method approaches.

[1] Survey of Detroit residents to gauge perceptions of the City of Detroit's Project Green Light, crime, and safety (FAccT 2024).

[2] Quantitative analysis of Yelp's Black-owned attribute's effect on Black-owned restaurants' online visibility and reputation (ASIS&T 2023).

[3] Photovoice study using collaborative photo taking to understand Detroit residents' feelings on community, safety, and surveillance (CHI 2023, DIS 2023).

[4] Interviews with police officers and community activists in response to growing digital presence of Defund the Police and ACAB movements.
